Due to continued growth, we are looking for an experienced Account Manager to join our Telford Client Services team and manage one of our key Automotive clients.

For the successful Account Manager, we are offering:

  • £26,000 to £32,000 per annum DOE (With an Uncapped Commission Structure).
  • Monday to Friday (8am to 5.30pm).
  • Every 2nd Friday off in addition to 19 days holiday + bank holidays rising every year after two years of service, and your birthday off on us!

The Role - Account Manager:

  • Interviewing candidates over teams and face-to-face.
  • Supporting the onsite HR function with skilled and senior appointments.
  • Arranging inductions and completing compliance checks for temporary staff.
  • Completing performance meetings with clients/candidates.
  • Attending stakeholder meetings with the clients.
  • Liaising with our in-house Talent Acquisition team to ensure that we are fulfilling the client's requirements.
  • You will be required to work both in our office in Telford and also onsite.

What we are looking for in an Account Manager:

  • A highly motivated individual with proven Account Management experience - ESSENTIAL.
  • Valid driving license - ESSENTIAL .
  • Ability to multitask and problem-solve.
  • An excellent communicator, both written and verbal.
  • Strong PC skills and the ability to record accurate data.
