• Competitive basic salary up to £32,500 - Depending on experience
• Working Days 8:45 - 17:00 - Monday to Friday

The Role - Electrical Engineer:

• Constructing Electrical Systems/Equipment from detailed drawings
• Fault finding and diagnostics of electrical equipment
• Installation of a variety of equipment at customers on a worldwide basis - This will typically be around 5/6 times a year (Roughly 1-2 weeks away)
• Working within team situations to complete projects in a timely manner
• Use of hand and power tools
• Providing guidance to junior members of the team

What our client is looking for in a Electrical Engineer:

• City & Guilds Electrical Qualification, or similar - ESSENTIAL
• You will possess previous experience of working within an electrical environment
• Ability to travel Worldwide to customer sites
• Full UK Driving Licence & Passport - ESSENTIAL
• Knowledge of fault finding / diagnostics & Installation

• Responsible for leading & motivating a team of typically 5/6 staff, which will compromise of Mechanical/Electrical Fitters
• Allocating workload out to staff
• Reporting progress of projects into the Manufacturing Manager on a regular basis
• Carrying out meetings with the team on a daily basis
• Liaising with other areas of the Business (IE Purchasing) ensuring sufficient materials are available for builds
• Planning the workload carefully ensuring you're able to achieve targets
• Continuous improvement
• Mentoring staff 
• Involved in relevant disciplinary procedures if necessary
• Travelling to customers worldwide to oversee staff installing the companies products - Occasionally (Typically can be up to 5-6 times a year for around 2 weeks at a time)
• Being hands on and involved in the building/installation of Projects
• Using hand & power tools

• Our client is looking for somebody who possesses Mechanical or Electrical experience and has Supervisory experience
• This role does involve being HANDS ON so you will be involved in the builds with the team
• Strong communication skills
• Able to lead & Motivate a team
• Possess suitable Mechanical or Electrical qualifications
• Able to work away and oversee projects - ESSENTIAL
• Full UK Licence - ESSENTIAL
