Electrical Maintenance Engineer

For the successful Electrical Maintenance Engineer our client is offering;

• Salary of up to £45,000 per annum - Depending on experience
• Days - Monday to Friday - 7:45am-4:15pm (Although they can be flexible with this)

The Role of the Electrical Maintenance Engineer;

• Maintain all machinery to provide optimum functionality
• Attend breakdowns and diagnose and repair equipment using the appropriate test equipment and tools.
• Ensure all electrical maintenance tasks are completed on time in full.
• Conducting all planned preventative maintenance including implementing and developing new processes to resolve maintenance faults, repeat issues and inefficiencies in a continuous improvement environment
• Interrogating of PLC based systems / Fault finding
• Modification of plant / equipment
• Ensuring minimal downtime to machinery
• Working with Contractors
• Ordering of consumables
• Working on a variety of Complex machinery
• This position will Solely be conducting Electrical based work ONLY

What our client is looking for in an Electrical Maintenance Engineer;

• Proven experience working in a Manufacturing environment - ESSENTIAL
• Our client is looking for somebody who is Apprentice Served - ESSENTIAL
• 17^th or 18^th Edition certificate - ESSENTIAL
• Ability to identify root cause quickly and effectively
• Ability and experience interpreting technical drawings- ESSENTIAL 
• Able to demonstrate experience with multiple PLC systems
