Recruit4staff is proud to be representing their client, a leading specialist in a scientific laboratory for their search for a Customer Service Administrator to work at their busy office in Bromborough
For the successful Customer Service Administrator our client is offering:
i. £18,500 - £20,000 PA-DOE
ii. 35 hour working week, 9am to 5pm Mon Fri
iii. 20 days holiday + Bank Holidays
iv. Company pension contribution
v. Career development opportunities with on-going training
The role Customer Service Administrator:
i. Phone and email-based customer service & communications
ii. Process all customer purchase orders on to the companys ERP system
iii. Generation of paperwork and contacting customers regarding orders.
iv. Monitoring outstanding orders with appropriate communication to the Office Manager and customers when required.
What our client is looking for in a Customer Service Administrator:
i. Previous experience within a customer service/ administrator role -
ii. Strong I.T skills particularly with using Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
iii Excellent communicator.
