For the successful Senior Recruitment Consultant we are offering:

1. £26-£34k Basic Salary DOE
2. Uncapped Commission Structure paying up to 13% commission on temp and perm placements
3. Monday to Friday 8am-5.30pm
4. Every 2^nd Friday off

The Role Senior Recruitment Consultant

1. Developing new business and identifying sales opportunities 
2. Developing specific sector knowledge
3. New Business Development
4. Meeting with new clients to develop & expand business opportunities
5. Negotiating and closing deals
6. Converting & maximizing all revenue possibilities
7. Liaising with the resourcing team

What we are looking for in a Senior Recruitment Consultant

1. A highly motivated individual with a proven background in a specified sector (Engineering / Commercial / Industrial / Transport / Scientific) - ESSENTIAL 
2. Minimum 3 years within Recruitment sales experience – ESSENTIAL
3. An excellent communicator, both written and verbal
4. Strong PC skills
5. Valid Driving license - ESSENTIAL 

 Commutable from:

Chester, Deeside, Wirral, Wrexham, Rhyl, Flint, Crewe, Nantwich
