Recruit4staff is proud to be representing their client, a leading manufacturing company in their search for a Welding Team Leader to work in their leading facility in Ellesmere.

For the successful Welding Team Leader our client is offering;

i. Permanent position
ii. £30,000 Per Annum  
iii. Monday – Wednesday 07:00 to 17:00 & Thursday 07:00 to 16:30
iv. 20 days holiday + bank holidays
v. Salary Sacrifice pension scheme

The Role of the Welding Team Leader;

i. Responsible for assisting your line manager in the daily running of the production area and all personnel within your area of control
ii. Responsible for all aspects of safety within your section
iii. Ensure production and output meets quality expectations
iv. Run daily VMS board meetings to update employees within your area and report issues or problems to your line manager or through the Production meeting
v.  To deliver O.T.I.F being measured on: The expected product (reference and quality) & the quantity ordered by the customer

What our client is looking for in a Welding Team Leader;

i. Experience leading a team - ESSENTIAL
ii. Worked within Manufacturing -PREFERRED
iii. Excellent leadership and management skills; equipped with strong and effective communication, interpersonal & listening skills
iv. Capable of working with deadlines while ensuring high quality of results delivered
v. Representative, networker, eye for detail, able to make things happen
