Recruit4Staff are proud to be representing their client, a leading manufacturing company in their search for a Maintenance Engineer to work in their leading facility in Telford.

For the successful Maintenance Engineer our client is offering:

i. Temporary ongoing role
ii. Overtime opportunities - Around 8 hours per week, all overtime is paid at time and a half
iii. Days position 6am - 2pm
iv. Favourable working environment
v. Free parking

The Role - Maintenance Engineer:

i. This role is mainly Mechanical but will involve some Electrical work
ii. Attending breakdowns and carrying out repairs
iii. Providing an effective response to breakdowns
iv. Planned preventative maintenance
v. Maintain, service and inspect machinery to a maintenance schedule
vi. Ensure the smooth running of machinery to minimise any downtime
vii. Working with a small maintenance team providing maintenance support to a number of machines within the factory
viii. Carrying out improvements to machines where possible

What our client is looking for in a Maintenance Engineer:

ii. Mechanically bias but possess Electrical skills/knowledge
iii. Knowledge of Hydraulics/Pneumatics/Inverters/Gearboxes/Motors/Bearings/Shafts
iv. Ability to work within a small maintenance team
v. 18th Edition - ESSENTIAL
