Recruit4staff are representing a leading manufacturing business in their search for a Machine Operative to work in Deeside

Job Details:

  • Pay: £13.18 per hour, with night shifts (10pm-6am) paid at £14.73 per hour
  • Hours of Work: Monday - Thursday, rotating shifts 6am-6pm / 6pm-6am
  • Duration: Temp to Perm position
  • Benefits: On-site parking, long weekend every week
Job Role: As a Machine Operative, you will be responsible for running machines to produce packaging for the FMCG industry. Duties include machine minding, loading and unloading machines, ensuring quality standards are met, and performing general housekeeping.

Essential Skills, Experience, or Qualifications:

  • Previous machine operating experience within a manufacturing environment
  • Demonstrable experience in a manufacturing role

Advantageous Skills, Experience, or Qualifications

  • Previous experience working in a food production environment

  • Degree in a relevant scientific subject
