Job Details:

  • Pay: £12.21 - £12.50
  • Hours of Work: Monday to Thursday 7.45 am to 4.30 pm / Friday 8:00 am to 12 pm
  • Duration: Temp on going
Job Role: The Warehouse Operative will work within the stores department handling goods in, dispatch, and stocktaking responsibilities. You will be working from pick sheets, using an internal warehouse system, and supporting daily warehousing operations. This is a hands-on role requiring accuracy, diligence, and reliability.

Essential Skills, Experience, or Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Ability to work on own initiative
  • Reliable, accurate, and trustworthy
  • Diligent and methodical approach

Advantageous Skills, Experience, or Qualifications

  • Experience with internal warehouse systems, ideally SAP
  • Valid in date FLT Counterbalance licence (highly desirable)

What our client is looking for in a Warehouse Operative;

  • Previous experience within the food manufacturing industry - DESIRABLE
  • Previous experience in a Goods in or Warehouse role - ESSENTIAL
  • Basic computer knowledge- ESSENTIAL  
  • Reach or Counterbalance Forklift licence- DESIRABLE 
  • Must have picking/ packing/ palletising experience- DESIRABLE
  • Be able to complete / read labels and paperwork- ESSENTIAL
  • Must be comfortable with heavy lifting up to 20KG -ESSENTIAL

Job Details:

  • Pay: £31,400 per annum
  • Hours of Work: 3 on 3 off, rotating days and nights, 6am to 6pm
  • Duration: Permanent

Job Role: The Warehouse Operative will be responsible for receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching goods accurately and efficiently. You will operate automated palletising machinery and oversee the movement of Automated Guided Vehicles (AGVs) to ensure safe and timely transport of goods. Maintaining accurate inventory records, complying with health & safety procedures, and supporting housekeeping and team objectives are also key parts of this Warehouse Operative role.

  • Hours of Work: Monday to Friday, Rotating shifts - 6am-2pm, 2pm-10pm, 10pm-6am
