Maintenance Engineer Permanent Nights

Recruit4staff are proud to be representing their client, a leading manufacturing business in their search for a Maintenance Engineer to work in their leading facility in Bridgnorth.

For the successful Maintenance Engineers our client is offering:

• Starting salary range will depend on experience - £28,704 + 25% SA = £35,880 / £37,913.20 + 25% SA = £47,391.50 
• 4 shifts per week, 3 day weekend every week! 6pm - 6am Monday to Thursday - 46 hours per week
• Permanent position

The role – Maintenance Engineer:

• Investigate all equipment failures, recommend and implement improvements 
• Participate in regular reviews with the Engineering & Manufacturing team
• Carrying out Plant/Equipment installation in line with Planned Preventative Maintenance
• Providing minimal downtime to Production
• Installing & setting up new areas within Production as required
• Attending Maintenance meetings
• Focusing on Continuous Improvement
• Maintaining a high level of Health & Safety
• Working in team situations to resolve any issues
• Carrying out Mechanical & Electrical tasks

What our client is looking for in a Maintenance Engineer:

• Previous experience within a similar role - ESSENTIAL
• Knowledge of Pneumatics / Hydraulics
• Able to read Mechanical & Electrical diagrams
• Experienced in Planned Preventative Maintenance
• Fabrication / Welding skills
• PLC experience - PREFERRED
• Our client is looking for candidates who are Multi Skilled, ideally (60/40) Mechanical/Electrical
