Due to the nature of this role, you MUST have around 1+ years experience in a Chemical Manufacturing Environment

The Role – Chemical Process Operator:

1. Undertaking the charging of reactors, monitoring processes to include Separations / Filtrations and then Discharging of the product for further processing
2. The use of vacuum systems, Nitrogen, and control panels will be required as will flexibility and the ability to adapt to changing processes. 
3. Monitoring of processes
4. Working on a manufacturing plant involved in producing chemicals from simple one-stage processes to complex multi-stage ones.

What our client is looking for in a Chemical Process Operator:

1. You will have 1+ years experience in a chemical manufacturing environment. 
2. You MUST have an understanding and experience with COSHH and risk assessments.  
3. IOSH Working Safely qualification – Preferred
4. FLT Counterbalance license - Preferred
5. GCSEs at grade 'C' or above (or equivalent) in Maths and English. 
6. A relevant vocational qualification at Level 2 or above would be advantageous. 
7. Candidates should be prepared to complete a Maths and English competency assessment.
